Please note that for safety reasons, technical climbing hardware and life-safety equipment cannot be returned once they have left our shop.

Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the product is in its original, sellable condition.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
